Halloween is right around the corner. Trick or Treaters are getting ready to hit the neighborhoods hard for their annual dose of candy. Below are a few things you can do to have a smooth spooky season!
“Boo-righten it up!”
Trick or Treating can carry on for a while and with the darkness coming earlier it sometimes can be difficult for walkers to complete their candy hunt. Having decorations that illuminate your yard and or walkway creates a nice aesthetic but also gives kids and parents a guide when traveling.
“Trip or Treat?”
The last thing you want is for a youngster to trip and fall over an obstacle in front of your door or along your entry. Be sure to clear gutters, sticks and any other miscellaneous items out of the way so trick or treaters can fill their bags without bruises.
Not only do trimmed shrubs give your landscaping a nice look, but it also gets branches and leaves out of the way of walkers. With all the traffic happening the sidewalk and walkways should be cleared of overflow so everyone can avoid bobbing and weaving those bushes!
Pro Tip: If you had your lawn aerated and seeded recently limit the traffic on your yard to a minimum. If you need your lawn aerated and seeded, or want a greener lawn come February and March, contact us for a quote!
