Why You Should Consider a Lime Application

August 9, 2018

Going into the fall there are numerous steps we recommend you take to ensure a strong finish to the lawn care season.  While we always advise an annual aeration there is another step that could give your lawn an extra boost.

Lime (grounded limestone) is designed to balance the pH level of your lawn and provide added nutrients like calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate.

If you are seeing moss, having a tough problem with common weeds or seeing insects on the lawn, are signs that the soil conditions are not where they should be.  Another sign of poor conditions is that the lawn is not responding well to fertilization and lacking growth.

Fall is a great time to get this application done.  Leave the hard work of finding the right product and spreading it to us!

Sign up for a lime application today!  This can also be done with an aeration and seeding—combine the two and get $50.00!
