Responsibilities of Lawn Care Technician:
- Performing applications of fertilizer/weed control to residential properties
- Aerating and overseeding to residential properties
- Providing a high level of customer service
Requirements for Lawn Care Technician–
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
- Ability to be coached and a desire to learn
- Mechanical aptitude

Customer Service

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Customer Service Representatives handle inbound customer inquiries and concerns, including scheduling, service and payments.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

Inside Sales – Full Time
Earn Up To $2,500 Bonus in Your First 60 Days! Earn Up To $50/hr at Goal.
As a full time member of the inside sales team, you’ll be working with area home owners on full year sales programs in the lawn services, tree care, outside pest control, and home refurbishment industries.
This Job includes a Base Salary PLUS commission and Bonus!
Our Inside Sales Representative and Call Center Representative will enjoy paid training, commissions from your first dollar sold and be eligible for bonus compensation up to $2,500 in your first 60 days.
Plus additional retention bonuses, commission accelerators and competitive base salary give you the most aggressive total compensation plan and unlimited opportunities to grow.
Inside Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Inbound customer inquiries and orders
- Inbound lead follow up
- Past customer win-back
- Existing customer saves
